The NRL offers a wide range of betting markets, from simple head-to-head wagers to complex player props. Here are the most popular markets and how to approach them.

Head-to-Head (Match Winner)

The simplest NRL bet. Pick the winner of each match. NRL is known for upsets more than AFL, so don't be afraid to back underdogs when the value is right.

Line Betting (Handicap)

NRL line betting typically offers tighter lines than AFL due to lower scoring. A 6.5-point line is common. Games decided by a converted try (6-8 points) are frequent, making the 6.5 line especially sharp.

NRL Betting Strategy
